What data is expected?

Data should include maps of lands with parcel layer that displays boundaries in addition to a land registry with information on registered parcels of land. The following characteristics must be included in cadastral and registry information submitted

  • Parcel boundaries
  • Parcel ID
  • Property value
  • Tenure Type

A requisição precisa ser feita na Secretaria Municipal de Tributação, SEMUT, pessoalmente. Para realizar online, é necessário ter o CPF do titular do IPTU e o número sequencial do imóvel ou sua inscrição imobiliária, informações que não são públicas. A outra opção é ir direto ao Cartório de Imóveis da Região competente e solicitar uma certidão do imóvel, o que não é gratuito.
